anyone help me out for VPN please

Hi, all, I tried to email about Cisco PIX 501 VPN the other day. but no one really respond or answered me. I have a Cisco PIX 501 with a static ip address at home. I can access from 192.168.1.3 to outside internet. and I can access this computer from outside through web browser. Here's the way I set up. I have a router Cisco 900 Series/ZyXel 900 series from Road Runner coming in and I connect the PIX 501 into it. --> Router -> Cisco PIX 501 -> Windows 2003 Standard ( 192.168.1.3) -> Windows XP (192.168.1.5) Two computer is connected directly to PIX 501. only 192.168.1.3 can access to internet outside. not 192.168.1.5. Hmmph! Well, I'll be damned! All these years I thought it was an Altair. Well, learn something new every day. Check out those hardware specs! Awesome Dude! http://www.smecc.org/imsai.htm The IMSAI 8080 used an Intel 8080A processor, and came as a base unit with 4K RAM. I/O was through front panel switches and LED's, without additional peripherals. It was once the fastest selling microcomputer. What would make double NAT fail? fyi: works in my home just fine though two Linux iptables setups for something I was playing with. Then again NAT on Linux may be better than that in a hardware firewall? Hmmm what's the association with the MTU setting? And just where is this set in the dsl modem and in windows? "just works" with Linux... too bad this system isn't fully under my control to do "right". How do you find the "right" MTU setting?

A friend of mine who worked for AT&T had one of those! First time I got to see Unix as my father didn't get to buy everything he wanted. He worked for IBM and won a suggestion award that paid for a Furnace, air conditioner and his XT with a 10mb hard drive. He said he wanted a second hard drive (for Minux) and a cga moniter. How much farther ahead would I be if I'd picked up on more Unix and Minux, rather than toying with the speech synthesis! If I open up print preview and then close I suddenly get 117 pages! The extra 8 pages being the ones that I can delete and have them magically reappear. Now you must realize, I did nothing special in creating this document. Everything was using the defaults of OO.

Open Office quirks

I've written my family tree in Open office. Some pages are title pages; centered text, single column. Some pages are family data pages; two column text. I have come across some strange behavior in OO, that I can't seem to get rid of. If I add a page and copy and paste data from another page, sometimes it adds an extra blank page. If I get rid of that page the new page with the pasted data becomes part of the previous existing page. A double ctrl-enter then adds a blank page and puts the new data on it's own page. If I then hit the delete once, then it appears to be fixed. But it's not really. If I save and close, the blank page comes back. Anyone else have issues like this with OO. I know this is probably something to post in a bug report. Also, any one but more than one textbox on a page? I'd like to have two textboxes on the data pages; one with two columns and one with one column. Brian Densmore

VNCserver XDM on Startup?

I've done a few quick searches via Google but not finding what I'm looking for. I have Fedora Core 3 and would like to have VNCserver autoload on startup and give me a login screen when I attach remotely via SSH tunnel. Is this possible?
