Free Software Google Photos alternative?

I'm looking for a Software Freedom alternative to Google Photos I can host myself. Mainly because my volume is too large for google to take without charging extra. But it's also just a good opportunity to remove another of google's shackles. Do any of you run your own web app for photo organizing & sharing?

kclug.org has been updated to the most recent packages from bullseye. I think I'm going to start doing weekly or at least monthly planned updates (instead of just randomly if I happen to think of it). -- Jonathan
