Ok, I've looked at two exchange servers with AD now and I'm not entirely comfortable. I couldn't see how to make our AD contact list available as a web mail contact list so we can do easy lookups without having to add everybody ourselves (I may not have had full admin access.)

Can someone recommend a good "The Way Microsoft Intended" book on Exchange Administration for the experienced admin?
