This company provides cloud hosting, dedicated server hosting, managed services, and compliant hosting. The organization has been established for 8 years and serves companies from start-up level to enterprise level. They provide a wide range of hosting hardware and software options.
The schedule will be 4 days on, 3 days off. The following week, 3 days on, 4 days off. It is a night shift position. The hours are 10:00pm to 10:00am.
What you need for this position:
- Experience working in a service desk environment - Experience responding to and resolving technical issues for corporate clients - Experience analyzing and troubleshooting - Experience in system and network monitoring
