I'm taking a class on RHCE and the instructor just passed on this website for server firewall info. Nice basic stuff for Linux beginners and it builds your knowledge from basic to advanced in the same site (such as creating a server firewall which blocks most traffic but which opens up enough for NFS, which is quite tricky).
