This will let us see Phil's nice looking meeting space up close and decide if we want to move the meetings there.

So we know where. Is anyone going to answer the question about when (time)?
Maybe Phil can?

I just spoke to Phil Thayer
We talked about setting a "dry run" meeting off normal schedule to try his place out. I asked about the 12th of Dec., but on further reflection, the 11th would actually work better for me.
I don't want this to be about me, so I will make it to the "dry run" meeting on the 12th if everyone agrees, just after 8, maybe closer to 9.
Please discuss, so the group and Paul can plan accordingly.

Sorry for not noticing the discussion going on about a test run. I have been completely slammed with work the last couple of days. I have no problem with scheduling a test run on either the 11th or 12th of December. I just need to know which day so I can make sure to:
1. Be here. :) 2. Make the room available.
Phil

I was referring to the fact that it is not immediately obvious that you have to register. Like "register to vote" and here is the link to register.
