https://www.kclug.org works for me. Firefox 111 on Fedora 37.
It needs some maintenance, though. The "last modified" date on the front page is 2018. Other pages (book reviews) are over 20 years since last update.

The web site is showing raw PHP. I'm not sure why, I don't know when, and I don't know how it's _supposed_ to work. Is anybody familiar with the site and available to look at it?

We'd love to have someone volunteer to update and maintain it. One of the first changes that's needed is the meeting schedule - needs to say that meetings have been indefinitely postponed.
Why have meetings been indefinitely postponed? Just not enough interest?

Lack of interest, and the room where we used to meet is no longer available to us at the times that we used to meet.

For what it's worth, I'd be interested in meeting up. I'd need a ride, though. I live in Belton.
