It's a special cd builder you can download, and then you tell the program the link to the .jidgo file and it builds the image for you. and you can customise it if you want to It's actually pretty cool, and when it downloads all the debian packages, you can specify different mirrors and stuff so you get the best speed.

I could never get it working myself. I always used the net installers and pulled the packages down from mirrors. My last install was from a USB memory key. Now that was just too geeky. =)

You need two files. The .jigdo file and a matching .template file in order for it to work. I've used it many times.
