I got registered. Has anyone got us a table? Who's bringing distros? Anone have anything but can't deliver it?
I've got 100 Ubuntu LiveCDs (v5.10 "Breezy") and I'm coming to ITEC Wednesday morning at 10:00am.
I've got a card table I could bring along, it won't support a demonstration system but it could support flyers and Live CDs

Bring it. It can hold books and such, and my laptop if nothing else. If we don't need it, it won't take up any space left flat. I've got a really crappy-looking table of my own that I'd just as soon leave in the car if you've got something better.

You can get a paper tablecloth and apron at the little party shop just north of the Wal-Mart on Metcalf by Best Buy and CompUSA.
I'll bring it along, but I'm not sure where to bring it. My wife goes to art fairs and they get really annoyed when you bring any setup materials in through the front door.

I registered using a link I got in my E-mail, which registered me as the small business I run (which is rather unintentionally non-profit). Will I still be able to man the booth or am I limited to bringing stuff?
I assume its too late to re-register as an Exhibitor.

I don't think it's too late. Here's the info Chris sent out that I used: ---snip--- Access the Online Exhibitor Registration System by Clicking Here http://www.goitec.com/live/15/forexhib//exhlogin or go to:
http://www.goitec.com/live/15/forexhib//exhlogin
< http://www.centricmail.com/cetivere/4qz0814Tr0ap4TT3cjfgxpT7gw/2/www.goitec....
Select Kansas City ITEC 2005 from the pull-down menu before entering your Personal Login and Password (below):
Login: KCLixs12
Password: KCLUG(KC ---snip--- Since we don't know what's already been set up, I'd suggest you bring it, and leave it in your car. That's what I'm going to do with my crappy table. I'm planning on being at the convention center about 9 am today to set up what I'm bringing.
I tried logging in using the Exhibitor login/password listed. On the very next screen I clicked on the "Register Now" button. It sent me to a second screen in which the listed login/password didn't work. I'm guessing only Chris Biers can put people on the Exhibitor staff list now.

I'm not even sure they will allow bulky items like tables in through the front door. I'm hoping that they will allow my laptop bag as it is a backpack.

I also had the same problem. I have about 100 UBUNTU/KUBUNTU CDs, but due to an unexpected client. I will probably not make it Thursday.

If you can make it as far as the upstairs registration desk, you can drop off a package for "The Kansas City Linux User Group" booth, and either Monty or myself can pick it up for you. This is even if you don't have any kind of registration badge (Exhibitor/Attendee/Conference/whatever), just leave the package with a note and we'll come pick it up.
I brought in about 70 Ubuntu LiveCDs and handed nearly all of them out on Wednesday, along with a number of LiveCDs which Monty made.
Not that it seemed to matter. They probably thought I was some sort of KCLUG "groupie". :)

I'm getting a late start here, I know...
Anyone know if I'll have any problems getting in without an id or because I'm under 21? If so, I probably won't bother with the 30 minute drive...
