I know a number of LUG members have discussed setting up a job board. I assuming we don't want to mess with setting up a paid system, as it would be beneficial to all users - I found my current job and multiple good candidates through the LUG, benefiting everyone involved, and lord knows there's plenty of other people with similar experiences.
Throw a job posting forum in there, under KCLUG, and I bet it'd be used.
