Nuvio's ( http://www.nuvio.com) residential service includes an adapter with QoS and NAT built in. In theory you 'plug it in and go.' PPPoE connections being an exception of course. They are also introducing Bring Your Own Device so you can use something other than their Motorola VT1005S adapters (I believe vonage uses these as well)
