Spam on the LUG List

It would sure be nice. It is very annoying, 90% of all
my spam comes from the list. I never see any spam coming
from KULUA. I'm not sure why our generous maillist host won't
do something about it. I would even be willing to help do whatever
I can to help out in configuring the server to accomplish this.
