multiple kernel versions and module loading

Hey, Brian. If you get an answer to this problem, could you fill me in
on it. I have tried compiling kernels a half a dozen times, and this is
the same thing that happens to me (every stinkin time). I'm stumped.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
