I use IBM HomePage Builder 4.0 for Linux, it has the ftp site management
stuff built in.

It doesn't have as many features as GoLive, this is where Linux is
hurting, if Adobe/Macromedia would bring some of there products to
Linux. It would really open up Linux for the desktop.
