Dude... No.

Laptops are integrated appliances.  You don't custom build them.  You pick 
features from a stock list.

The closest thing would be the local Asus distributor, and he'd only be able 
to order a stock model.

Actually, they're not even "stock", they're in the pipeline.  By the time a 
unit reaches you, it's no longer being manufactured. It may take nine months 
to exhaust the supply pipeline, but even if you receive a review unit, 
chances are the production line has already switched to a new model.
