On the two questions on size and color my friend says
this:
"Brian,
You can have what ever colors you want. From small to
XL are the same price. Any thing over XXL increases in
price by about $1.50 per size up to I think 5XL. There
is no minimum order."

I'll have to clarify with him on this but it looks
like
this to me:
S-XL $15/$20
XXL  $16.50/$21.50
3XL  $18.00/$23
4XL  $19.50/$24.50
5XL  $21/$26

The low price for the base model polo, and the upper
price for the finer quality polo. The base model polos
may last 5-7 years, less or more (since mine are now
in that age range), depending on use.
