KNOPPIX 4.0 English DVD version released

I finally managed to boot the DVD on a 1.3Ghz Duron
machine with 512MB RAM.  They aren't kidding when they
say that this release is overloaded: I counted
something like 80 items in the Internet applications
menu.  Thats just too big.

It also takes ten minutes to boot, unlike the CD
version (3.9) which only took a couple minutes from
the first KNOPPIX screen to the desktop.

I say hand out KNOPPIX v3.9 LiveCD, not the monster
DVD version.
