I'll second the Dan's Guardian and IPCop solution. You can use IPCop with dial up too. In the
Docs section of the ipcop.org site you will find info on installing Dan's Guardian.
http://ipcop.org/cgi-bin/twiki/view/IPCop/IPCopDGHowto
DansGuardian works without you needing to add a blacklist, as "It filters the actual content of
pages based on many methods including phrase matching, PICS filtering and URL filtering. It does
not purely filter based on a banned list of sites like lesser totally commercial filters" to quote
Daniel Barron.

It can also use Blacklists from SquidGuard and/or Dan's.

If you have a "junker" PC floating around, check out ipcop.org. Install a add on call
dansguardian content filter and that will limit his porn ability greatly. Note that it will not
eliminate all sites but it will reduce it a lot.
