May I suggest switching to GNU Mailman? I've had nothing but good
experiences; its easy to install, fairly easy to migrate to, has web
interfaces for list and user administration, monthly account detail
reminders, content filters, a web-based archive with threading and
multi-mode message reply handling, digest mode, and allows subscribers
to subscribe and unsubscribe through email or though a web interface.

Migration is simply a matter of dumping the list of subscribed email
addresses and copy-pasting them in to the admin interface's
mass-subcribe dialog and selecting whether or not you'd like to notify
the new subscribers of their new subscription ...
