Hello Jim,

This email is confirmation of the reservation for Kansas City Linux User 
Group, Tuesday, June 15, 2004, 6-8:45 pm. The user group has been 
assigned to room 312, a meeting room on the 3^rd floor of the Library. 
When you arrive, please go to the Reference Desk on the 3^rd floor 
(located to the right and up the stairs as you exit the elevator) and 
identify yourself – they will unlock the room for you.

Since yours is a non-profit group and your meeting is free and open to 
the public, we are waiving the normal rental fee. The application 
indicated that food and beverages will not be served. We ask that you 
please leave the room as you find it – trash picked up and chairs pushed 
in to the table.
