The rumors or hells "freezing over" have been greatly exaggerated.

That means: we're floating the "open-source" buzz word around to see if the
unwashed masses who haven't already participated in this debate have an
opinion. Then once we've squeeze ever last penny we can out of the product,
and before we are inevitably surpassed truly open source implementations of
java, j2ee, etc., we'll use a slightly off-color license of questionable
open source pedigree and market the hell out of it. This will allow us to
squeeze a few more coppers from java and retain a bit of control until it
snows in hell.
