I should probably clarify the problem a bit more:
I want one entire backup to occur on Saturday night and then incremental
additions to that remote file to occur throughout the week to minimize
transfers.
'dump' can do all of this. The problem is that 'dump' looks directly at
the INODE tables for its opperations and only supports ext2.
There's a 'reiserfsdump' that is a wrapper script for 'tar' but it only
supports a subset of dump's functions.
