Yep. According to
http://www.realtek.com.tw/products/products1-2.aspx?modelid=2002111
it is. It even supports WOL (wake-on-lan). However, according to
http://www.hpl.hp.com/personal/Jean_Tourrilhes/Linux/Linux.Wireless.drivers.802.11b.html#Realtek
the driver doesn't support scanning or monitor (RFMON) mode. RFMON is
required for wardriving or general packet capture.
