That helped a bunch - What I still don't understand is if I have:

Package: *
Pin: release o=Debian,a=testing
Pin-Priority: 400

Package: exim
Pin: release o=Debian,a=stable
Pin-Priority: 600
---
Will that keep exim stable and everythig else at testing?
Do I have to make an entry for each package, or can one list more than one?
