I have a cdr with Bonzai linux on it. I used it
to install debian on my laptop. I could also burn you
a 
cd at any speed you'd like (up to 8). It was an easy
install, but it is a minimal install distro (I'm now
up to 1.2 GB with the 500+ MB OpenOffice install). It
was a very painless install, if not as slick as RH or
Mandrake.
