You know how when you call technical support with a problem and they
tell you to power cycle whatever is broken and even though you've been
doing just that all day you figure, "what the hey, one more time" and
then everything works and you feel like a complete idiot? 

Yeah, like that. 

First router seems to be shot but second is working after *everything*
was rebooted.
