Okay. I've heard quite enough.

As the original poster of the this silly little request, I'm asking that
this thread be killed. I never intended to be bitchy -- it was simply a
request. I certainly never thought it would turn in to a flame war. To
be honest, I don't like top posting, but it won't kill me to read your
top post.

I am retracting my request to "stop top-posting" back to a simple
request "to only include the relevant parts of the messages you're
replying to" -- post your reply, top or bottom, doesn't matter.

This way, if you say, "I agree." or "Yea, that totally makes sense." or
something similar at the top or the bottom of the message, the rest of
us know which statement(s) in the quoted message you're agreeing with.
This eliminates the scrolling-though-a-massive-quote argument all
together as there's __never__ unimportant superfoulous information
(signatures excluded) in a message you post to the list.

To summarize: trim your posts and post to the top or bottom as you
please. (And no, I won't back down on the trimming request -- AND IT'S
ONLY A REQUEST -- NOT A BITCH.)
