domain blocking for DNS

It rules out all of us who are running servers on "non-commercial" accounts 
where our ISP won't support the reverse DNS; where we have a dynamic IP 
assingned from a pool.  I have that problem with AOL - can't email my Dad any 
more.  AOL appears to have gone so far as to reverse DNS the first server in 
the headers, which may be what's knocking me out because I SHOULD be routing 
through the RR server for AOL, and it still bounces. 
 
There are better ways to block spam.  See spamassassin.
