He's right, Jason.  When you've published a useful Linux program, and 
documented it was well as you say RedHat should be documented, you'll 
have credibility.

Hey, I wrote my own "your product is crap" letter to RedHat when I 
started.  Lots of people have been there.  We're just trying to help 
you keep from embarassing yourself on a publicly archived, 
internationally accessible permanent record.
