i've been playing around with VMWare lately, running redhat under
windows 2k. i'm thinking about trying virtual pc, does anyone have any
experience with things like this? mostly i'm wondering about speed -
VMWare is dog slow, i have a duron 1200 with 384 megs of ram (256
devoted to VMWare)... i was looking for a site with benchmarks earlier
but couldn't find anything that really compared the two. also, how well
does VMWare run windows under linux? i think i remember reading
somewhere that it doesn't do directx emulation?
