Associating an icon with a site

I just happened to be on that site looking at wallpapers for my laptop.  I switched to read LUG 
mail and then I was looking around there and voila, a tutorial.  Did you read it?  There was some 
specific info about Konquerer.  You may have to use a .png image for Konq. to see it.
