You must first install gimp-print-ijs. Something is wrong with the
web-based CUPS admin utility and it doesn't display the installed
drivers. You'll have to do it manually or with the KDE printer admin
panel. I'll look up the instructions when I get home, later. The device
will almost certainly be '/dev/usb/lp0'.

The commercial Epson drivers are incorporated and enhanced in
gimp-print-ijs. They are only available in their Epson form from an
obscure Epson website in Taiwan.
