I presume that you installed in from RPMs on a Mandrake box, since you
mention Mandrake 9 later in your message.  You're going to have to identify
all of the KDE RPMs.  There should be a pattern, like kde-3*, so you can
just

rpm -qa | grep kde-3

to get a list, then

rpm -e <list>

You may want to re-install KDE 2 from the original media or whatever update
source you use.
