my only experience with DSL is my business-class account (aka Enhanced
DSL) with SWB. i can say two things about SWB DSL: 1) the connection
reliability, throughput, and speed are excellent. 2) their customer
service would be better served if they hired my 2-year old daughter to
run things. it absolutely sucks. bottom line: once you get everything
set up and running, it's great. if you ever need to call them for any
sort of support, make sure you've got several hours free and a ready
supply of alcohol to calm the nerves.
