IMAP migration

It is a manual process.  You create the accounts in your favorite
clients for the IMAP server.  Create the directories that you now have
locally on the IMAP server.  Then copy blocks of messages to the server
from your local message store.  If you have a lot of messages it will
take a long time, but it only has to be done once.
