SendMail question..

Because on one of my servers last week, I had a customer spamming all over the 
internet (over 1200 emails sent), and since my servers are colocated, what I 
think happened is someone did a lookup of the IP of the server and reported it 
to the ISP where my servers are.  So after appologising over and over to them 
(the ISP), they suggested adding the line to the headers to have the complaints 
sent to me instead of them.  I was like "OK, I'll do that" but didnt ask how to 
do it.
