Well... sort of.  linuxiso.org doesn't have ANY iso images _on_ their 
site.  They merely redirect you to a machine that does, which doesn't 
help out a lot when everyone is hammered hard and the like.

If you're looking for a decent Red Hat mirror, I would suggest 
ftp.cfu.net.  I pulled a steady 200+ kbps from them the day after the 
release.
