Get a reality check, Marvin.  Their price for 1.5/1.5 is $400/mo.  Have you
priced a T1 lately?	

I've worked with people in other parts of the country where Cable/DSL wasn't
available, and from your reaction you'd just drop stone dead to see what
decent connectivity really costs.
