Another option would be to contact a mom and pop type computer store 
that actually custom builds computers for their customers.  get a 
machine built without ANY OS and buy a copy of DOS from a flea market 
for 5 bucks.  (Heck, I may even still have a LEGAL copy of DOS 5 or 6.2 
around here someplace!)
