Powersupply sizing for AMD chips

I was looking at the MSI HERA book PC but have some concerns over its 
140W powersupply.  The link and specs are below.  Could you please 
comment on: 1. Is the powersupply big enough?  2. Do the chipsets have 
Linux drivers?
