My GNOME keeps flashing between a blank desktop area with the proper panel, to a 'dressed' desktop (icons, background) but no panel. And it sits about 3 seconds on each.... Any idea what I need to do to get the 'dressed' desktop to sit still with the panels? Thanks - Chris.
