Although if some kind gentoo guru out there can help me with an sshd problem, 
I'd be much obliged...

I was able to ssh home from work for a long time, but after a recent emerge 
world, I must have let etc-update go too far, and now it refuses to let me 
ssh in, even though I *know* I am supplying the right password.  Any ideas?
