Hi Jason,

Can I talk to one or both of the people who are interested in help with
implementing kcindymedia.org? I know st. louis (they offered to host and
said they could run dadaimc, which IMC recommended to me) has to install
things on their end and set up directories, but what will we have to do
on our end to get the site running using dadaimc?

I've been working on the web for 6 years, but mostly on content (with
and without CMS) and design and am only  recently getting into CF. I
understand how a CMS works and a lot of how to maintain and customize
it, just not what's involved with the initial set-up. I thought if I
talked to some people I'd know the questions to ask st. louis. A 3-way
conversation would be great too so there could be someone to ask
content-template-style questions and someone to cover the back-end
stuff. Let me know how much time the volunteers have and whether either
or both are interested.
