It just sounds like you're having Java VM problems. I recommend 
installing the latest Java VM from Sun.

(If this "MSCE" hadn't used FrontPage 98 [more proof you don't need to 
know anything to get a MSCE] and placed those damn fphover applets at 
the top of his page, you wouldn't be having any problems.)
