Yes, you can view it, but you will probably experience signal loss. You
will lose signal on all 3 wires, but the video will be most noticeable as
your picture will fade in and out. For best results, you will need a
signal amplifier. As an alternative, you can take the VCR out of the loop
and just put some sort of RF Modulator in-line to go straight to the TV.

Can a DVD's video out be passed through a VCR for viewing on a TV that
doesn't have Video In? I know you're not supposed to be able to actually
record the signal due to skullduggery with the sync component, but can you
at least pass it through to view?
