I use qpage (http://www.qpage.org). After setting up pager definitions in
qpage I had to add a Netsaint command definition, like so:

command[host-notify-by-qpage]=/usr/local/qpage/bin/qpage -f NetSaint -p
$CONTACTPAGER$ 'Host "$HOSTALIAS$" is $HOSTSTATE$!'

You also have to add "host-notify-by-qpage" to each contact definition
along with their qpage pager name.

On a semi-related note, does anyone know of paging software that will fail
over from one method to another, e.g. first try SNPP, then fail over to a
modem if the SNPP server is unreachable? TelAlert will do this, but it's
way overpriced.
