RH 7.2 Up2Date Problems

When running up2date on one of my systems, I get this:

RPM package conflict error.  The message was:
Test install failed because of package conflicts:
package libstdc++-4.0.0-1 (which is newer than libstdc++-2.96-108.7.2)
is already installed
(End of paste)

libstdc++-4.0.0-1 is not installed.
