Well, it just doesn't really work that way.  RedHat kernels always compile 
their modules with version information to ensure that they don't get used 
on kernels they aren't supposed to be used on and besides ... the 7.1 
kernels are *way* different the 6.2 kernels.  The best bet is to look at 
the source and see what website is listed for the tulip module and go to 
it and pick it up.  Then you are going to have to compile it for your 
kernel and go from there.
