Adjusting memory size

This may sound lame, but I can't figure out how to get Red Hat 7.0 to recognize the second 64mb 
memory stick I just installed.  

The system test at startup shows 131072kb memory, but the system info applet in Linux shows only 
shows 63820k and 96% used.

Am I missing something???

I prefer things to be "fail-safe" rather than "fool-proof" because everything fails at some point
