internet connection sharing in linux?

how would i set up a linux box to share a connection
out over another network card connected to a hub
(running a firewall on that comp) so i could share the
connection with a mass of computers?

i'm figuring that for now at least i may just install
linux as a server computer till i get to know it
better, that way i can fully format the drive and not
have to worry about dual booting into windows 2000
